Based on feedback received from Top Dragster and Top Sportsman competitors across the country regarding field sizes, qualifying, and maximum dial-ins, NHRA will implement the following changes for the 2027 season. On Thursday evening of the 2026 Summit ET Finals presented by Hoosier at Qlispe Raceway Park, we will hold the 2nd Annual Best on Best competition. Best on Best will pit the racer from each member track that is #1 in their individual category points as of August 31st, 2026.
